Is HPZipm12.dll a threat?

I have been informed that this file may be a problem as it can manipulate other programs. I have 3 instances of it on my PC. Is it ok.

I tried to send them in for analysis, 2 went fine but the file HPZipm12.dll that resides in System32(C:\Windows) cannot be sent as I get the following error:
"Communication with ESET NOD32 Antivirus kernal failed"

Does this indicate anything apart from the fact that I am paranoid?

That file might be fine. Do you have HP printer software installed and is it running when you try to send it? try maybe this approach

or upload it to online scanning sites like jotti or virustotal

Thanks for the response. Seems to be ok. I sent it to Nod32 for checking but no reply as yet.
