IS Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 WORKING ON WINDOWS 7 WITHOUT PROBLEMS?

    Is Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 working on windows 7 without any problems?

    It is for me. I've tried it on Win 7 beta (32-bit) and on Win 7 RC1 (64-bit) without issue.

    It is worth taking a look at this thread:

    As I understand it, Windows XP and prior versions of Windows format NTFS partitions differently from Windows Vista and subsequent versions (i.e. Windows 7). AFAIK, DD uses the old (XP 7 prior) method, or its own version thereof. It seems (see thread) that this can cause problems for Windows 7 so avoid using DD to format an NTFS partiton when running under Windows 7.
