Is a back-up on-demand AV recommended if NOD32 is running realtime? or is NOD32 enough?

If not, what would be a good back-up on-demand AV?

Would KAV 6 (on-demand) be compatible with NOD32 (realtime) on the same system? IS KAV 6 too much on resources?

While I was reading your signatured , I realised you are protected very well and my opinion is that you need no additional scanners than what you have at the moment . ;)

If need be, use kaspersky's online scanner and trend micro's online scanners as nice second opinions every once in a blue moon. But besides that, no, not really.
