Yeah sorry about that guys. Apparently there was a nice big bottleneck in the server. Everyone was trying to update, but were getting blocked :ouch:

for my setup, it indicate Update successful for definition "6/26/2009"
but if u click the view history " Update details:
Latest Definition Data(06/26/2009)(C:\Program Files\IObit\IObit Security 360\Addition.def) Download Failed"

Sometimes updates 'partially' fail and give that in the log. In other words the update takes a certain amount of time and takes longer then usual, this then generates a download failed message in the log even if it was successful.

OK Maybe im dumb here but is this compatible with ESET Smart Security 4x running? I have the defaults checked and would love to try it out but not if its gonna cause me problems with eset.
    Please let me know.

would this work alongside Avast + Mamutu?

I'm not sure about Mamutu - you'd have to give it a go and report back.

I tried it alongside A2AM with no issues so Mamutu should be ok.

Well since IOBit360 is a light HIPS rather than a BB any overlap shouldn't be an issue, more like a second opinion.I didn't notice any slowdown or delays running applications, etc everything ran very smoothly. That's not to say there aren't any, just not observed by me.Of course you could always tweak the configuration of one of them to avoid a specific overlap if you deemed it necessary.

well my first impression of it is quite good, the interface is nice, easy to use and responsive and the program is very light and ther are no initial conflicts yet. but im really liking it so far. its a bit buggy cuz its a beta, few hiccups here and ther, but overall working well so far.

smart scan took exactly 7 minutes
full scan took about 27 minutes,
so the scanner seems to be pretty fast.

    EDIT:

just rebooted the system, and startup time hasn't noticeably increased, so thats very important for my needs and a good thing :thumb:

Good to see it's working ok there. As for the auto-updating,I'm not sure, but personally I always like to perform a clean install with any betas, probably no need to but i like to err on the side of caution.

Yes, however there seem to be a few bugs. I think they have been fixed now though :)
