Invalid Username and / or Password

    i cannot update signature database it gives me error "Invalid Username and / or Password" but my username password purchase from local vendor for 1 year, now it is not working.

    please help me. two screen shots attach here with for you help.

    the first window show it trying update but after 40% of downloading em004_32_l1.nup file then the second window will show.

    Are you sure your license isn't expired?

    yes, we purchased 1 year license in march 2010.

    i tired this link but the vendor did not provide me a serial no they only provide username/password and license file,therefore i cannot activate this.

    any other solutions.....

    As you have your user name and password the license is already activated. The rest of the information in that article is what may be pertinent.

    If you are copying then pasting your Username and Password it could be something simple like inadvertently having a space before or after the words.
    It's easy to do, done it myself several times :)

    I am having the same problem with several computers in the office. No change has been made. I know the username and password are valid.

    Eset, what's going on?
