I have this prog that finds invalid registry items and then puts them in undo and keeps them--Is it safe to completly delete them after 15 days?thanks

It's called Wincleaner, every time it's run it finds invalid reg.items and you can delete them from undo and I noticed some of them were 15 days old and was thinking about deleting them, but dont know if i should or not-wouldnt want to mess something up

Delete the registry item if it is related to a program that's no longer in use.

Restore those items and rerun the registry cleaner. You should see the root name of those registry items. Remove as required.
