Internet very slow

I have ADSL 256


My internet is very slow i don't know why?


If i have UTorrent downloading lets say only at 3.2kbps i open firefox and it does not open

i would have to exit UTorrent and then go to task manager to end process than i can open firefox.


I have KIS 6.0 Adaware Se etc... as u will see in my signature.

I have restarted my computer.
I have cleaned my cashe with CCleaner plus my registry with CCleaner.



i have read that i ppl do solve this problem scan with there antispwares/antitrojan in safe mode?

is it worth it and how can i boot my computer in safe mode if this can solve the problem?

Does anyone know wat is happening? pls help
