Internet Not Working

Hello, I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete on two laptops and both laptops are unable to get internet. I've tried to restoring all internet settings to default and that didn't work; I have also disabled WSA and the internet still doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I would appreciate the help, thanks.

 

What OS are you using and are you using a Proxy, VPN?

Windows 8 and no.

 

When you installed it did it's install scan correct? Can you try a reinstall? Uninstall reboot and install and make sure you have you're keycode as you will need it to install and reply back, also when it's Unistalled see if it does connect to the net.

Yes, the scan completed. I uninstalled and rebooted, the internet still didn't work. I reinstalled also and the internet is not working.

 

Very strange as the install scan uses the internet and I never had issues on my Win 8. I would suggest you Submit a Support Ticket to get further help.

I was able to get the internet working again, the problem was I installed other security programs (Avast, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware) first before Webroot so instead I installed Webroot first, then the additional programs afterwards and everything is working as normal. Thanks
