Internet Connectivity Restored Moving To 25% From 50% Free Disk

My internet connectivity was lost at 50% free disk space and restored at 25%
free disk space. What causes the loss of connectivity and can the program automatically find the optimal free disk usage setting?

RVS should have no effect whatsoever on your internet connection or your ability to access the internet with other programs. What is the error message you get and what is shown in your Windows Event logs (Event viewer)?

This time, nothing in Event Viewer. Other times, "The PEG service failed to start", EventID 7000. Other times when I lost connectivity, I had to restart since changing percentage free space had no effect.

 

Are you saying that the internet connectivity issue is not always reproducible? I.E., that the issue does not happen every time?

Additionally, does this MS KB article apply and are you using a proxy or gateway to access the internet?

Correct. It does not happen every time. I'm not using a proxy. I don't know about gateway. I will take a look at the article you mentioned.
