    1. Download fresh new Eset v3 product from http://www.eset.com/download
    2. Uninstall your current version from Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs
    3. Reboot the computer
    4. Delete manually these three folders:

    - C:\Program files\ESET
    - C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application data\Eset
    - C:\Documents and Settings\your user\Local Settings\Application data\Eset

    5. Perform Winsock repair
    Repair Winsock
Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista

    Goto Start –> Run
    type cmd and click OK.
    Type netsh winsock reset
Press ENTER . Restart immediately !

N.B. ! There is a space between the commands , example netshSPACEwinsockSPACEreset
N.B. ! If you use Windows Vista , you must first run cmd as Administrator .

    6. After reboot ... reinstall your ESET protection software using the file you just downloaded in step 1 . Use Typical install.

I installedNod32 v3.0 three days ago and all web pages load slower, some slower than others. Firefox and opera had the same problem. Uninstalled v3.0 and installed v2.7 and working fine now

If you post in this forum, they will see the post.

You have Version 2.7 and it is working for you. I would be patient at this time.

That's the kind of information needed in posts for users having problems. Thanks.

Use the exclusions in the Advanced Setup Tree (F5) to add the folder or the EXEs of Cybersitter so that the conflict is removed
