Recently read an article regarding, 'internat.exe' a legitimate MS Win application, that is essential to the stability of the OS. Also stated was that a Trojan named, 'Win32.Lydra.a' operates under the same name and is a known security risk. Question is what settings are advised?

Following is 'internat.exe' status with PG

PG displays on the Protection Tab in the, 'Authorize this application to' box are currently selected options, 'Modify protected applications' and 'Read from protected applications'. In the 'Other options for this application' box is currently selected option, 'Install Global Hooks'

    Any advise would be appreciated.
