Integration with Windows Live Mail

Hi All,

I was wondering when Eset Smart Security will have integration with Windows Live Mail ?? .. it seems that ESS wont scan e-mail coming from web mail accounts (Hotmail,G-Mail etc.) in Windows Live Mail.

Hi!

It has always been available since the first commercial release . The option is enabled by default . Available in the Advanced Setup Tree -> Miscellaneous -> Email client integration

If the connection is encrupted ESS will not scan it unless you use Microsoft mail client. Both Hotmail and GMail have built in antivirus/antispam filters on their servers so they are less likely to deliver virus in your email . Attachments will also be scaned upon access
