Good afternoon. In the process of cleaning a computer I came across Zerdnxg.exe. Has anyone come across this process before? The program reinstalls itself after succesfully deleting it(even from safe mode). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

If your running XP delete all restore points except the most recent one (My Computer| Local Disk (C:)|Right-click on the Local Disk icon| Select Properties| Select Disk Cleanup| Select the "More Options tab| At the bottom you will see System Restore Cleanup.
Next make sure your system restore service is turned off (just temporary).

Now try to delete it in Safe Mode again ... If it appears again then there is probably a hidden folder or directory somewhere on your drive regenerating this file.

You may also want to try "Pocket Killbox" as it offers more than one way to delete a file and is free to use.
