Installing Spywareguard on Win98

    I am trying to install spyware guard on Win98 and i am getting the following error. 'unable to register the DLL/OCX. Load library failed. Code 1157'

    I have experienced a similar problem with XP and requiring the missing OCX file, but this doesn't fix the problem with loading it onto win98

    Any help is appreciated.
