Installing SoundBlaster pci 64v

    Running Win98SE on a Dell Dimension4100. I re-installed windows and now I have no audio. I try to install SoundBlaster in the device Mgr. and it askes for the CD. I put in the Dell resource CD and it says it cant find the files. I went to the Dell site and downloaded the files but it stops the install at 18%. I also tried removing the sound card and re-installing with no luck.
    I hope this is the right forum for this question and i hope i have given enough information.
