Installing Programs

    would PG interfere with installing or uninstalling other programs? i tried to install a program, but i had problems with it, and i wondered if PG could have interfered with the installation of the program..

    Hi redwolfe_98, If it is a low level programme which requires a restart you could try disabling PG whilst you install the new programme.
    Many software programmes advise shutting down other running programmes during installation so that they can congigure themselves properly.
    Common ones to disable are AV & AT programmes as they can be problematic.

    Warning! Check the installation files with your AV/AT before running the install unless you are 100% sure of the source :)
