    Hello,

I' m new here and from The Netherlands, so please excuse my poor English.
And sorry if this question was already asked.
I used ESS beta in VM Workstation.
I liked it. So I decided to try to install it on my pc.
Normally I use NOD32 on my pc and Comodo firewall.
Removed them both to install ESS on my pc.
    Cleaned with CCleaner.
Unfortunately installing ESS failed. I got a message that there was still an older version of NOD active.
    Anyone know why?
I'm not an expert in these things. Sorry.
Of course I installed NOD32 and Comodo again to be protected ;)

Maybe you could try reinstalling/uninstalling NOD32 2.X and then try installing the suite. It seemed to work for someone on this thread.

I reinstalled NOD32 again as I mentioned before (no problems there), so I 'll give that a try later on.
    Thanks for the info.;)

Perhaps removing the old Eset directories after uninstallation would help, before installing ESS. Just a thought...otherwise I can't see why ESS shouldn't install.
