    Hi,

Started having update problems so I uninstalled Nod32. When trying to install again-Installalation stops with message"Installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory C:\programs\Eset\Eset Nod32. Log on as admin. This is with win7-64 bit. I am the admin and only user. Any ideas?

    Thank-You,
    Ted

Thank-You so much. It took 2 hours to take ownership of the C: drive. Too bad you can't just right click the C: to do this. Had to do every folder, but this worked.

    Thanks again,

    Ted

    Cudni,

Started my computer up this morning and NOD32 failed to update again with the same original error can't create temp file. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall again and getting same error as before. Do I need to run take ownership again? Is doing a windows repair going to fix the error for good. If it means something, I tried to install disckeeper and I get the same priviledges error.

    Thank-You,
    Ted
