I installed Nod a few minutes ago and am using windows sp2 firewall. I restarted my system and checked for def updates to make sure I have all the latest. My windows security center is still stating that the defs for nod are out of date. I have the windows security alert running in my taskbar. What do i need to do to correct this?

Sometimes the windows security center can take a bit to catch up to things....even a reboot. Doesn't matter what brand AV you have...I've just noticed that at times, it takes a bit to realize you're all set. //shrug

that windows security centre is useless, and uses memory for nothing. ;)
