    Hello
I have downloaded and tried to install port explorer 3 times. But the installation package seems to do nothing.
    Any ideas anyone?

Hi Noodles, Can you tell us what OS you are using please?
Is it the trial programme or the full version from the members area?
What other programmes did you have running whilst trying to install?

    Thanks. Pilli

    Hi Noodles,
We haven't had any reports of this before so it's seems to be isolated to your system. If you've only downloaded Port Explorer once, download it again to ensure it downloaded ok (and ensure it doesn't download from cache). If that still fails, try using a program called FileMon (from www.sysinternals.com). Start FileMon, then start the Port Explorer install program, and all file access will be recorded by FileMon. You can then save that file and email it to us (zipped please!) at portexplorer@diamondcs.com.au

    Regards,
    Wayne
