installation rollback

    hi yall,
    have been a nod32 user for years, Tried to upgrade to smart security for an all in one solution and the installation fails. I have been able to install nod32-antivirus with no probs.. The Smart security installation fails as the drivers are being loaded I think..(or thats what the dialogue description in the install window is reading) don't know why . system is AMDpr2600plus,3 g ram, XP SP2, I have been on this for about 20hrs.. and wan't to give up.... Can Anyone Tell Me what to do next to find a solution..
