Installation not possible

I can´t install the Disk Director Suite. The value "OSS Selector Reinstall" could not be written in the key ...\current\version\run

But I´m logged in as admin and there are no other programs running.

Please help

If you have some kind of security software (e.g. ZoneAlarm) which can lock the access to some fields of the system registry then please try disabling them and install Acronis OS Selector once again.

If this does not help then please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
