Install failuire

    Please help,
    I have made many attempts to install Spyblaster 3.3 without success.
    I get a box offering me three choices-retry,ignore,and abort.
    If i choose ignore because of the failure to complete the installation, the 3.3 does not load, It reverts back to 3.2. The above box also states that there is a Code 5 failure

    Are you referring to SpywareBlaster (from Javacool) or is this a different application all together?

    If you are updating from 3.2 to 3.3, you need to completely remove the 3.2 by uninstalling it (Add/Remove Programs) and delete the program folder (c:\Program Files\SpywareBlaster)

    Then run the install.

    This is what I had to do anyway...

    THANK YOU again the uninstall method did the trick
