Info to learn about LooknStop. First time post.

I recently downloaded looknstop and nod32 antivirus. I really like looknstop and have been looking in these forums to learn a little more about it. By no means am I an IT guy but the field interests me very much.

I was wondering if any of you IT guy's (or not) knew of some good information (websites, books, etc. ) that will teach me the ropes of programs like looknstop or configuring routers etc. (about UDP, ICMP, TCP, mask. etc, etc) I have the free trial of looknstop and if i can learn the essentials by the months end I will most likley buy it.

These things interest me and i would like to learn. So please if you know of good info that explains in detail or lamens terms, please let me know.
