Incremental backup error

    Cannot perform ANY incremental backups due to the following error. Version 9.5 Pro (FREE), XP SP3. No problem w/full backups. What am I doing wrong?

    You can perform Differential partition/drive backups, using a previously created partition/drive backup image as the base.

    You can perform Incremental file backups, using a previously created file backup as the base.

    Boy, do I feel stupid! :oops: Am accustomed to using True Image, just select the archive to do an incremental. This is what I've been trying w/Paragon, but guess it doesn't work in the same way. So, if I have this correct, FIRST you have to do a File Backup, then can use that archive to do a incremental to any files that have changed? Including new files not previously included in the original file backup?

    Is this the way it works?

    LOL , different apps. take a little getting used to sometimes.

    Yes , that's pretty much what you do.
