Incremental backup error message

    I made a partition backup of my machine and then decided to use the incremental backup option but on selecting the correct archive I receive the message 'the wizard could not increment the archive file containing service hard disk track(s)'.

    The differential option works fine but this is not the option that I want to use.

    I've just spotted the answer.

    There is differential partition backup but only incremental file backup.

    When I saw that there was an incremental feature, the product blurb wasn't clear enough to indicate this important difference in clear language.
