    Hi
I hope someone from ESET can rectify this problem.
I bought a renewal for 2 yrs today, for ESET NOD32 Antivirus V3, as my existing NOD32 is due to expire in 5 days.
I received the email with the username and password, together with the notification that "you are hereby granted a license to use ESET NOD32 Antivirus on 1 computer(s) until 08/12/2010.
When I input both username and password (copy & paste) into the existing 3.0, it states that my license expires on 02/20/2009.
That is 6 months less than what I paid for OR what the email stated.
Something is wrong, when I am reduced by 6 months on a 2 year renewal. o_O
    Thanks
    Cheers

It takes about 1-3 days for the expiration date to update.
