    Hi every one
I need to click "terminate" three times for IMON to terminate internet connection.
since its difficult to reproduce IMON. you can use eicar test to test it
    http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm
    click on "eicar.com", eicar.com.txt, eicar_com.zip OR eicarcom2.zip
this happens with v2.50.9 beta, v2.50.16 and v2.50.19. Avast (free) with only one click
    Is that normal

It depends on how your browser works. If IMON terminates the data flow, your browser may still attept to download the rest of the file. Have your browser set to Higher efficiency and I'm positive it will be enough to terminate connection only once.

Set Imon to automatically deny download of file and give that a try. Look in your threat log afterwards.

    Hi Ron
the problem is not downloading a file (I'm noyt downloading. just clicking the link). Try it with Eicar page. Just click on the link mensioned in my first message and check for your self.

By clicking on a link, you will open something, a web page, a file.... . Clicking on a link to a text file (as eicar.com.txt) will open it ....

    Regards

    Hi Ron
I know your suggesion will work. but I like to see my AV is working in the light not in the dark(invisible). My concern is WHY THIS PROBLEM OCCUR with v2.50.9 beta, v2.50.16 and v2.50.19.NOT with the previous ones. Thanks

I use Internet Explorer set in Higher compatibility mode. When I click on any of those file you mentioned, an IMON's alert window pops up. When I click on the Terminate button, IE shows an error Page not found.

I get the same thing Hadi gets when using higher efficiency in FireFox and the same as you using higher compatibility.

    Hi Marcos
CORRECT. ONLY in Higher Compatiblity Mode. BUT With previous versions and same IE setting there was no such problem! Hence, my concern.
