    Hi,

I am having an odd recurring problem with NOD32 2.7.

Once every week or so I get an internet connection freeze. My browsers stop working and my Network icon (Vista) loses the "globe" symbol - meaning I no longer have access to the internet.

When I use windows repair system, it mentions turning off a system component - and I have now just come to realise that this is coinciding with my IMON icon "greying out" - it doesnt disable (turns red) but greys out.

I then normally need to reboot to get things working again.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there, welcome to Wilders.

    I would suggest repairing Winsock

ALTERNATIVELY you can do the following:

    For Windows XP:

    Click on Start
    Click on Run
    Type in cmd
    Click on OK
    Type in netsh winsock reset
(Please note there are spaces between the netsh and winsock and reset)

    Press ENTER
    Restart your computer.

Then repair IMON; see post number 55 HERE

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D
