    Hi!

Does HTTP scanner use advanced heuristics? If use, where can I enable or disable AH in HTTP scanner?

    Bye

    IN the following:

    Control Centre
    IMON
    Setup
    Scanner Setup

    You will find it there...

    Cheers :D

The scanner setup on the POP3 tab is common for the POP3 and HTTP scanner - perhaps we should move it to the advanced tab so as not to confuse users.

So given your statement, I gather that the settings in POP3 are actually for IMON overall, not just POP3.

    Cheers :D

Maybe a good suggestion is to add differents settings to each IMON part. POP3 and HTTP scanning for the moment.

Hotmail is scanned automatically. However, if you receive email from a Hotmail account and a virus is detected, it's necessary to log in through your browser and delete the infected emails manually first.

    Sir Carew,
as I already stated in another post, it's a quite big technical problem to make the program use separate settings for the POP3 and HTTP part of IMON.

Sounds like a good idea. I was wondering where the settings were for HTTP scanning until I found this post and realised that the ones on the POP3 page apply to all :)
