Running the Acronis Boot disk from 9.1 and attempting to image to an older Quantum Snap unit. It was originally a 20GB NAS unit, and with a new firmware upgrade, we upgraded it to a 320GB Snap unit. Acronis has no issues seeing the Snap unit, but has issues writing to it. Never had any issues before. When trying to create an image, we get an error, bad filename or location. On occasion we get a login prompt, but there is no authentication of any type on the SNAP setup.

Has anyone else had similar issues with these Snap units?

On the SNAP units? Or the machine we're imaging from? On the SNAP, definitely yes. On the machine, I'd say yes. We've tried from several machines, some that I know are full duplex and others I'm not so sure about, but I see no reason why they wouldn't be.
