    My PC seemed to have slowed on boot up and I was looking at my event viewer. I found the following error with a HDM14 file(Uim_VIM).

    945775 System Error 8/26/2014 7:26:46 AM Service Control Manager 0 7026 Tski-PC 0 148 The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: Uim_VIM
