I go to a random site, like dictionary.com, or penny-arcade.com, and occasionally one of the spaces where a harmless adveratisement would be, there is the message TRASH POP MISSING!!!! MISSING!!! MISSING!!! And random websites will be loaded and blocked by my built in pop up blocker to the point of non-functioning.

It doesn't seem the website i go to has anything to do with it. I've run panda protection, spybot search and destroy, and im currently scanning with ad-aware SE. I'm running avant browser, and it doesnt seem anything i do can prevent this from happening. My cookies and security in internet options are set to highest and it still goes through.

    Hi Nomaken

Others may have a much better solution, but could this be affecting you?
    http://www.broadbandreports.com/forum/remark,14280704

Someone there suggested a fix for that, assuming that you have the same problem.

I maybe wrong, but you could investigate that possibility.
    Cheers :)

    Nomaken,
It's obvious to me that your computer is infected with a malware.
In case your problem isn't solved yet, do this :

    1. Download HijackThis v1.99.1 at this link :
    http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/downloads.html

    2. Install it in a separate folder and run it.

    3. Save your HijackThis Log and copy/paste it completely in a post at this forum with a short explanation :
    http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/ (Subforum "Malware Removal")
and a qualified helper will solve your problem.
These helpers are solving HijackThis Logs all the time.

Wilders doesn't solve HijackThis Logs anymore.

    Hi Erik
    You could be correct.
My PC is fine, I was trying to help Nomaken with my suggestions. However, your advice is well taken.
    Cheers :)
