    That doesnt surprise me since Epson printers are a pain no matter what OS you use. Many of my customers have them so I know as well as owning two myself even thou I wouldn't buy another.

    I have upgraded two computers to windows 8 with no issues at all.
    I Currently have a HP printer.
    Make a backup and if it goes wrong restore and if it works well Which It should then enjoy windows 8.
