If I get Boclean can I still use AVG anti spyware as a free shredder??

    Sometimes when I get tired of my music folders I delete them in the recycling bin. I found out that AVG AS has a shredder. How is shredding different then recycling?? Also AVG AS is the only free one I know of.

    shredding (or wiping) is way to permanently get rid of files and make it difficult to recover them.

    I think there are a lot of free alternatives, one of them is Eraser.

    According to your sigs you use Spybot, look in the tools section there.

    Eraser and Clean Cache are two alternatives.
