    Sounds like a great tool for stalkers. Every time Farcebook comes up with something new it seems to get worse and worse. Glad I don't use it. :gack:

    Then what do you use?

    Face-to-face conversations are more privacy friendly than social media sites as long as you make sure nobody is around to eavesdrop. Facebook is always eavesdropping no matter what you do on it.

    Luckily the app for my kindle is just a redirect to the mobile site. It doesn't have any of the fancy bells and whistles. I.E. tracking only occurs if I visit the site.

    Why does nobody consider the option to not use this kind of app and jumps directly to not using Facebook? :D

    Not Yet. But there are those who like to think they have the RIGHT to control anybody doing anything even breathing to loudly.o_O

    Then how do you contact your friends over the internet?

    A cellphone I presume, but I doubt that has much more privacy than Facebook unless it is a prepaid cellphone that is.

    Or face to face which is probably the best way to avoid detection.
