IE Internet Options Disabled

    My IE Internet Options is disabled and I'm not sure what did it or how I re-enable it. The pop-up message is...

    Restrictions
    This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

    I selected "disable IE home page settings..." in SpywareBlaster. Not sure if this did it. However, when I deselect the option in SpywareBlaster, it sometimes comes back as checked when I restart the program.

    Any suggestions on how to reinstate Internet Options in IE under WinXP? o_O
