IE 9 and URLAction flags

    Hi.

    If this post is out of place on this thread, please accept apology. :oops:

    I'm using IE9 (32 bit) on Win 7 x64 Professional. My local machine zone's security level setting shows as '0' in all the relevant HKLM and HKCU keys, whereas the hex values for the five default security templates in TemplatesPolicies are:

    Low.............10000
    Med Low.........10500
    Medium ........11000
    Med high........11500
    High............12000

    Does this mean my local machine zone has no security template level? How therefore is it 'locked down' according to Msoft?

    As for the URLAction flag values, a number of HKLM's and HKCU's values seem to be less secure when compared like zone for like zone or to the template policies key values. Should the values be the same for identical zones if I'm using deafult templates?

    I'd like to understand this stuff! o_O
