I have recently enabled idle-state scanning in ESS 6.0.308.0

When I come back to the computer after it has been idle for a while there are multiple message boxes on the screen saying that the Eset service has crashed and requesting that I send information to Eset.

I always click on the "Send Information" button to dismiss the message box.

If I disable idle-state scanning the problem does not occur.

    I am running Windows 8 Pro (x64).

Under Tools - Diagnostics, make sure that complete dumps are enabled and reproduce the crash. When done, compress the content of the "C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Diagnostics" folder, upload it to a safe location and PM me the download link.

I enabled complete dumps and let the computer go to idle state.
The Eset service crashed several times and left several message boxes on the screen.
I closed each message box by clicking the "Send Information" button.

The C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Diagnostics folder contains an empty folder called Modules but no dump files.

Maybe ESS did not generate a dump when the service crashed or the files were sent to Eset when I clicked the "Send Information" button and deleted?

Do I also need to check the "Enable logging" box in Idle State Scanning setup?

It crashed again but no log files were generated.

With the WER notification about the crash on the screen, please generate a dump of ekrn (via the Task manager or by running "procdump -ma ekrn" if you have downloaded ProcDump), compress the dump, upload it to a safe location and PM me the download link.
