AntiVirPE detected a trojan in the setup file as follows:

    08.02.2005 20:46:28: The file "C:\PROGRAM FILES\ICQLITE\TEMP\ICQLITEUNINSTALL.EXE" contains suspicious code "Heuristic/Backdoor.ICQ"
08.02.2005 20:47:11: The file has been deleted.
    08.02.2005 20:47:11: The file "C:\PROGRAM FILES\ICQLITE\TEMP\ICQLITEUNINSTALL.EXE" contains suspicious code "Heuristic/Backdoor.ICQ"
08.02.2005 20:47:14: Unable to delete the file.
08.02.2005 20:47:14: Access will be denied.

does it realy contain a trojan? Or is it just a false positive?

That's a false positive, will be fixed with next VDF update.

Can't you send a report in with AntivirPE? There is some ICQ malware out there.
