IBM gets virtual and cloudy with 22nm chips

    IBM this week introduced a set of technologies that it is collectively calling computational scaling, or CS. These technologies will get the company's chip fabs down into the 22 nanometer size range for circuits by late 2011. IBM is partnering with Mentor Graphics and Toppan Printing to get there.Article
