    Hi,

I am trying to use Acronis TI 9.1 Server to backup and restore Blade servers.
I am getting the typical "no hard drives found" when I boot up with the Acronis Recovery CD, I ran a search and found the BartPE solution thread.
Followed it to the letter and created a BartPE CD with Acronis 9.1 Plugin.
My problem is that when I boot the CD in the Bladecenter I get to the Windows XP logon screen and then I recieve a Blue Screen with the following error message:
"A problem has been detected ...
If this is the first time....
    Check for Viruses..."

Of course I rebooted several times but still get the same error message.
I would appreciate any help on how to back up and restore my Blade servers.

I do manage to back up a server if I install the software through the OS but after that I cannot restore it to a new Blade server.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello ItaiW,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

To investigate the issue with Acronis True Image Bootable CD please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Also provide the exact vendor and model of the RAID controller (if any) and hard drives you use.

Please also make sure that the Bootable CD is created with the latest build (3854) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Having collected the above information please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

As for the issue with BartPE, probably the BartPE CD was not created correctly. You can find the instructions on how to create BartPE-based bootable CD with Acronis True Image plug-in in this thread. For further troubleshooting I would recommend that you refer to this web site.

    Thank you.
