    With regard to Internet anonymity while using a VPN, including P2P traffic, which is more suitable to use; a Dynamic or Static IP address (the one that your ISP allocates for your Internet connection)

    I don't believe that it matters. ISPs typically retain records of IP assignments for at least weeks, if not months or years.
