    The fixes support gave him weren't what fixed his issue. All their fixes included him switching the firewall to interactive. He had to switch it to Automatic to resolve the problem.

    Quite right. I wasn't going to respond but now that you did...it's true. If I had continued to follow support I would still be using Norton 2010. But hey...whatever works!

    Last time we talked to support they said ''No refunds'' but did say if you had the software they might consider it.ours was done via the net so No Dice if that helps any.
