I have 2 issue with ESET Smart Security

    One, why won't ESET let me load HELP? I always get an error message when I click on help.

    Second, How do I turn off the annoying "Privacy Alert" messages that block every single cookie it encounters and never learns them as instructed?

    Can you post screenshots of that error message (with Help) and Privacy alert one?
