I just tried ESS V6 RC on my Sony Viao Laptop I5 2.67 ghs, 4 Gbs RAM, W7 x 64 for the past 2 days without any problems. I had prereleased updates ticked. The 2 Eset processes was using like 82 mbs, and 12 mbs each if I remember correctly. I thought that to be a little high, but if it performs well then I can live with that. I had to roll back to a previous image though to help Webroot resolve an issue with WSA on this machine. I will have to reinstall ESS V6 RC again tonight, and I will report back if I run into any problems. So far so good. Now the question will be how well it performs against malware. I hope it is an improvement from V5.
