    Hello jdo87,

Do you have anymore information to offer? Such as: operating system, any security programs you have used recently, previous antivirus program.

    Is this a new install?

Any information you can offer will allow others to help you.

Uninstall NOD32, restart your computer, delete the Eset folder in program files after restarting, and reinstall Nod32. Restart your computer and see if that helps.

You say you haven't been running antivirus software, correct? Is this a trial version of NOD32 you are using?

Perhaps nod32.exe is corrupted. Have you tried to perform a fresh installation of NOD32?
