i cant run any firewall

    hi

    i have a big problem

    when i instaling any firewalls (norton , macafe .....) my computer crash when the firewall load in start up (crash = compuer stop response put the mouse move freely !!!)
    so i need to format the copmuter
    (when i instal the firewall my computer is clean no other software has been instal )

    i dont know what is the problem

    im using وMcAfee VirusScan 7.1
    also windows xp
    p4 1500
    ram 256

    No crashing without the firewall?

    Hardware is a suspect here. I would consider swapping the memory.
