I can't get my dual boot to work again

I have own this software (Disk director 9.0 build 51 only two days....and ohh boy it has been a very unpleasant experience... nothing seems to work properly.

I decided to do without the acronis os selector... so what I did I do I uninstalled it and now my computer won't allow me to select my second boot option. Whenever I restart the machine, it loads straight into windows 2000 server completely ignoring my second partition which has windows 2003 on it.
I have successfully used the recovery console to fix the boot sector but is not working can anyone please let me know a work around this.... I don't want to reformat my drives.... Thank you. Now if I can get a refund for this worthless piece of #^%$%
