Hi! I posted a hijack log this morning but my computer has gotten worse since then! I can hardly do anything on it. Even when I try to use the calculator and even the buttons on it is blank. I can't download anything cause those buttons are blank as well. Could someone please take a look at this.

In addition to the Error loading C:\windows\system32\bridge.dll the specific module couldnt be found when i went to try to see if there was something wrong with the display it said

An exception occured while trying to run Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
    "C:\Windows\system32\desk.cpl",Display"
I tried going to various websites for help such as hewlett packard for help but all the pages just go on and on but they are blank. I don't know if my 3 year old has caused this or I have a virus or what. PLEASE HELP!
Here is the log file again.

The problem with lop is that once it's present - it installs even more stuff which installs ...

    From "Add/Remove Programs"
    - Uninstall 'Viewpoint Media Player'
    - uninstall 'WinTools'
    - Uninstall PowerSearch

Use Taskmanager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) to end these running processes if you can
    (or use Process Explorer)
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\msCMTSrvc.exe
    C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe
    C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsS.exe
    C:\PROGRA~1\THEWEA~1\THEWEA~1.EXE
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\WSup.exe

Run HijackThis again, push Scan and place a check mark next to the following items using your mouse.
Next, close all browser Windows, and push the 'Fix checked' button in HijackThis

Hi! Thanks for all the info, though I am having some trouble with it. I followed your instructions down to the task manager. I couldnt end the tasks you specified because the only thing it showed as running was AOL. Now I continued down to the part where I hit the link hidden system files are visible. Here is where the problem begins. I went to my computer and all that
when I got to Folder Options all the tabs were blank. So..I don't know which buttons to push. They were blank when I went to delete temp internet files too, but I knew which buttons where which so I could hit those and it still worked! I appreciate your help! Have any idea whats going on here?

    THanks a bunch.

None of that fixed it. I did have one error message that read
An exception occured while trying to run Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
    "C:\Windows\system32\desk.cpl",Display"

Most websites I go to are mostly blank. For instance when I go to log on to discovercard.com it shows the home page, but when I hit log on its pretty much blank. Thanks again for helping me.
